How do I know the status of my order?

Once the payment is approved you will receive an order confirmation that is sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.


How long will it be before I receive my order?

Orders normally ship out within 24 to 48 hours. NOTE: Orders placed on the week-end will be processed the following business day.


What is the expected delivery time?

Standard shipping is 3-5 business days for ON and QC deliveries and 3-7 business days for all other provinces.

NOTE: Please allow additional time for shipments to Territories and more remote locations


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible with the Order Confirmation Number that you wish to cancel. *Some orders may ship within 24 hours and as a result it may not always be possible to cancel an order.




Shipping within Canada:

We currently offer Free Standard shipping on all orders sent within Canada.


Orders shipping to the USA:

For orders shipped to the United States, we offer a flat rate of $30 on all orders.


Orders outside of North America:

For all order outside of North America we have a rate of $60 on all orders. However, this rate is subject to change and will be determined accordingly. If you have any questions, please email us for all questions at [email protected]


 How can I track my order?

Our orders are shipped via Canada Post. Once an order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided by e-mail. You will then need to track the status of your order on the Canada Post website www.canadapost.ca

For any issues regarding the tracking status of your order, please don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail at [email protected]. Please ensure to have your order number and tracking number.


I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

What should I do if, upon opening my package, an item is damaged?

What forms of payment do you accept?

Passionsoccer.ca currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.


Do you charge sales tax?

All passionsoccer.ca products are subject to the appropriate sales tax.


When will I be charged for my order?

Charged immediately. This is the only way we are able to process your order.  


 Why are prices different in stores vs. online? (or Vice Versa)

We try to ensure that both in-store and online prices as the same. If there are any discrepancies, we will do our best to match the price accordingly


RETURNS and Exchanges


Online purchases

We offer hassle free returns and/or exchanges. We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase to any Passion Soccer Location with the original invoice and method of payment (please see our contact us page for store locations and operating hours) NOTE: If you were charged shipping fees for your order, these fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to make it to one of our store locations, you can send us your return via courier, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at [email protected] to have a Return Authorization Number before returning the item(s).

 Returns and/or Exchanges sent by courier will need to be paid by you.

 How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification via email as soon as the refund is processed, however, there can be a delay of 24 to 48 hours before seeing the refund in your bank or credit card account.


Can I return an item purchased on final sale?

No, if you received a discount of 40% or more on an item, it is "final sale". Returns, exchanges or refunds are not possible.


Pricing and Shipping Policy:

Online prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Shipping Rates do not apply to bulk team orders.
