How do I know the status of my order?

Once the payment is approved you will receive an order confirmation that is sent to the email address provided during the ordering process.


How long will it be before I receive my order?

Order delays will depend on the type of Shipping Rate selected at check out.  NOTE: Orders placed on the week-end will be processed the following business day.


What is the expected delivery time?

We have multiple shipping time frames:

Standard shipping is:

Quebec and Ontario: 2-3 business days (Purolator)

Western Provinces: 6-8 business days (Canada Post)

Atlantic Canada: 5-7 business days (Canada Post)


Shipping Rates: 

Quebec: Standard Shipping $17.95 

Ontario: Standard Shipping $19.95 

Western Provinces: Standard Shipping $24.95 

Atlantic Canada: Standard Shipping $24.95



 We currently do not ship outside of Canada.


How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order, please contact as soon as possible with the Order Confirmation Number that you wish to cancel. 


How can I track my order?

Once an order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided by e-mail. You will then need to track the status of your order. We currently use Canada Post and Purolator.

I accidentally placed my order with the incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

What should I do if, upon opening my package, an item is damaged?

What forms of payment do you accept? currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.


Do you charge sales tax?

All products are subject to the appropriate sales tax.


When will I be charged for my order?

Charged immediately. This is the only way we are able to process your order.  


 Why are prices different in stores vs. online? (or Vice Versa)

We try to ensure that both in-store and online prices as the same for regular priced items. There may be discrepancies for items that are on-sale.  


RETURNS and Exchanges


Online purchases

We offer hassle free returns and/or exchanges. We’ll happily take back any unworn item within 30 days of purchase to any Passion Soccer Location with the original invoice and method of payment (please see our contact us page for store locations and operating hours) NOTE: If you were charged shipping fees for your order, these fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to make it to one of our store locations, you can send us your return via courier, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at to have a Return Authorization Number before returning the item(s).

 Returns and/or Exchanges sent by courier will need to be paid by you.

 How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification via email as soon as the refund is processed, however, there can be a delay of 24 to 48 hours before seeing the refund in your bank or credit card account.


Can I return an item purchased on final sale?

No, if you received a discount of 20% or more on an item, it is "final sale". Returns, exchanges or refunds are not possible.
