Returns and Exchanges

Hassle free returns.

We would like your shopping experience with us to be as easy as possible. For this reason, we have created an online purchasing, returns and exchanges policy. 

Online purchases

We’ll happily take back any unworn 'Regular Priced' or 'Net Priced' items within 10 days after the order has been confirmed delivered. These regular priced or net priced items will need to still have their original tags and/or packaging.

Returns and Exchanges

Items can be returned to a Passion Soccer Boutique Location with the original invoice and method of payment (please see our contact us page for store locations and operating hours) NOTE: If you were charged shipping fees for your order, these fees are non-refundable.

If you are unable to make it to one of our store locations, you can send us your return via courier, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at online@passionsoccer.ca to have a Return Authorization Number before returning the item(s).

Returns sent by courier will need to be paid by you.

*Please note, we cannot process a direct exchange. If an item needs to be exchanged, we will treat the request with a return. Thereby offering a refund for the initial purchase. And a new transaction will need to be done.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. You will receive a notification via email as soon as the refund is processed, however, there can be a delay of 24 to 48 hours before seeing the refund in your bank or credit card account.

If the returned items are missing tags, original packaging or have been deemed 'worn' we will communicate with you to sort our the situation. 

Can I return an item purchased on final sale?

No, Final Sale items cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged. Items purchased on liquidation and/or within our Outlet Section of our website are subject to Final Sale Policy. 

Pricing Policy:

Online prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Shipping Rates do not apply to bulk team orders.
