The Invincibles. Thierry Henry. Arsène and his touchline coat. Images, figures and moments associated with one of London’s biggest clubs, Arsenal FC. Founded in 1886, the Gunners began to take English football by storm under the leadership of influential manager Herbert Chapman, who is also credited with having added white sleeves and red to the now-renowned home jersey. League titles were secured as the years went by, fast forwarding to present time in which Arsène Wenger, the club’s longest-running manager, delivered a record seven FA Cups and a record-breaking unbeaten season in 2003/04 that is still talked about today. The club crest, where the nickname ‘Gunners’ is derived from, features a golden cannon pointing east to represent the coat of arms of a royal borough.
Arsenal do jerseys exceptionally well. Their 20/21 home kit from Adidas is another spectacular release, drawing inspiration from their former stadium Highbury, while the multi-directional Chevron print evokes memories of the club’s original crest during the 1930’s and 40’s. As the newest arrival in our collection, it is accompanied by kits from previous seasons and streetwear apparel to project your Gunner pride off the pitch.
